History of the center
The IMC Health Center was founded nearly ten years ago on the foundations of holistic and integrative medicine. The Center makes the most of more than 30 years of clinical experience of Dr. Preeti Agrawal, a specialist in integrative medicine.
Since its inception, it has drawn on knowledge and standards from the world’s leading centers, including The Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine, The Stanford Center for Integrative Medicine, and Mayo Clinic Integrative Medicine. The Center has focused on effective and long-term solutions to health problems using practical and natural methods of nutrition, exercise, stress management, phytotherapy, and lifestyle modification.
From the beginning, the Center has supported more than 30,000 people from home and abroad through direct medical care, education, training, and development programs. The Center consists of a medical area, a wellness area, a restaurant area, and a hotel area.
Medical area
In the medical area, you will benefit from the comprehensive medical services provided at the Center. The site includes modern medical offices, treatment rooms, and infusion rooms with biological material collection points. Our services comprise physiotherapy and psychology, physiotherapy treatments, diagnostic tests, and treatment procedures.
The medical area meets the latest quality and safety standards and is equipped with world-class medical equipment for disease diagnosis and treatment.
Consultation/gynecology office
A modern medical office has a gynecological examination chair, a doctor’s couch, an ultrasound machine, a TV, a consultation desk, and a bathroom.
The office provides diagnosis and treatment of women’s diseases and chronic diseases.
Treatment room
The office has a surgical table, treatment lamp, electrocoagulation device, surgical work surface, autoclave, and consultation desk. The office performs surgical procedures, biopsies, diagnostic procedures, and specialized consultations.
Diagnostic office
The specially darkened office has a state-of-the-art ultrasound (USG) machine, a consultation desk, a doctor’s couch, a therapy table, and a work surface. The office is used for ultrasound examinations, medical consultations, and therapeutic procedures.
Treatment room
The room includes a whole-body hyperthermia apparatus and a magnet therapy apparatus. The treatment room has a worktop, a bathroom, and a post-treatment restroom with a medical couch. The room is used to carry out treatment procedures with the current apparatus.
Wellness zone
In the wellness area, you will benefit from ayurveda, various massages and eastern therapies, yoga, meditation, tai chi, workshops, and exercises in the activity room. The area includes an ayurvedic office with a steam bath, offices with specialized tables for massages and eastern therapies, a relaxation area, and an activity room.
Activity room
The activity room is a unique place where regular classes in yoga, meditation, pranayama, Tai qi, and self-development exercises are held and where meetings and group activities are implemented for participants in residential programs.
Ayurvedic Treatment Room
The office features original Ayurvedic furniture imported from India, including a handcrafted wood table weighing nearly 300 kilograms and an Ayurvedic bath. The entire room is modeled after traditional Ayurvedic treatment rooms and has a dedicated locker room, modern steam room, and bathroom. All standard Ayurvedic treatments use original oils and herbs in the office.
Lomi lomi cabinet
The office for Lomi Lomi and eastern therapies is prepared to ensure maximum comfort and relaxation during the session. Spacious, containing specialized massage mats and adequate sound systems, it allows you to find peace and tranquility.
Relaxation zone
A place to relax and quietly return after massages and therapies in the wellness area. We encourage you to relax quietly with comfortable loungers overlooking the garden.
Restaurant
The restaurant area prepares fresh, healthy, vegetarian meals based on seasonal, locally grown vegetables and fruits. Fresh juices, herbal teas, seasonal soups, and entrees, as well as in-house baked goods and preserves, are available. Enjoy the catering menu. You will find out in the restaurant that you can eat healthy and tasty!
Hotel
A friendly and tranquil place where the decor alone encourages to pause in a rush, which is often the leading cause of many diseases in the modern world. Beautiful paintings with inspirational quotes encourage reflection and focus on ourselves, on what is most valuable in our lives. Calm, harmonious music, adjusted in frequency to calm the nervous system and stimulate the body’s vital forces emanating from the speakers, and a pleasant scent of essential oils suited to the season floats throughout the facility. Beautifully decorated 21-25 sqm rooms include free Wi-Fi, safe, air conditioning, comfortable beds, and sofa.
