Our mission

Health is not just the absence of disease, but a fullness that includes physical, mental and spiritual well-being. Our mission is a holistic and individualized approach to care, prevention and treatment at every stage of life.

How do we treat holistically?

Holistic treatment takes into account all factors that affect health, well-being and illness – not only the body, but also the patient’s mind, spirit and environment. The approach focuses on treating and preventing chronic disease through nutrition, exercise, stress management, as well as phytotherapy and natural preparations. Holistic treatment strives for a state of inner balance and deep relaxation that leads to better health. At IMC Health Center, we create your personalized plan to restore and nurture your health and support you in making changes to your lifestyle. The individualized approach of holistic health care will help you regain your health and high quality of life.

The pillars of holistic medicine

Holistic medicine supports the body's natural ability to heal itself, based on 7 pillars:
  • Partnership. The patient and the doctor are partners in the healing process.
  • Caring for the whole person. We take into account all factors that affect health, well-being and illness - not only the body, but also the mind, spirit and environment.
  • Effectiveness and safety. Whenever possible, we use effective treatments that are natural and less invasive.
  • Focus on health. The foundation of medical care is informed and individualized health care and prevention
  • Equality. Holistic medicine neither rejects traditional medicine nor uncritically accepts alternative therapies.
  • Openness and science. Good medicine is based on good science, is research-oriented and open to new paradigms.
